Harvesting machine of seed-used as an equipment for seed-used tends to increase thefarmers ’ productivity and reduce the labor intensity of farmers. Pickup mechanism as themechanized harvesting of seed-used pumpkin top priority should first be resolved. Throughresearch, data access, this design has developed a new type of picking up bodies and mainresearch contents are as follows:(1) Study on mechanical characteristics of seed-used pumpkin. By tensile tests ofseed-used pumpkin Peel, leads to destruction of seed-used pumpkin Peel strength,stress-strain curves, modulus and failure strength. By fitting experimental data leastsquares drawn curve fitting. In known conditions it can be concluded that mechanicalmodels of seed-used pumpkin.(2) Study on the growth patterns and seed-used pumpkin harvest process. Todetermine seed-used pumpkin harvest machine’s design and how it works through on thegrowth patterns and seed-used pumpkin harvest process understanding. For specific terrainin the Northeast, design has developed a new pick-up mechanism. Main components ofpick-up mechanism have been mechanical analysised and calculated.(3) According to the chain drive system of the combination mechanism, has carried onthe dynamic analysis. Build chain vibration model, build vibration differential equationusing multi-use systems theory and solve the natural frequencies and mode shapes.Introduce scraper bodies; study its impact on the vibration characteristics of chain drivesystem and solve sprocket speed cause resonance with vibration theory.
