The elevator is a kind of special equipment, and the performance of the control system of the traction machine which is a core component of the elevator must meet strict requests. The new type machine-room-less elevator system based on Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with high efficiency, small size, superior control performance, is becoming a hot research at home and abroad.A new design of control algorithm and software for the elevator system based on PMSM is proposed in this paper. The main tasks of this paper are as follows.First of all, the motion characteristic of the elevator is studied and optimized. The prioritization scheme of the speed curve of the elevator is proposed according to the relationships among the elevator speed, the elevator time and the energy consumption.Secondly, the elevator system based on PMSM is modeled by coordinate conversion to realize the field-oriented control strategy. In order to suppress the influence of the torque disturbance, a disturbance load torque observer based on the speed control system is designed for the performance of the elevator, and the result of the simulation shows that the control method is valid. In addition, adaptive robust controller based on desired compensation is designed for the position servo system of the elevator system, meanwhile the stability and tracking performance of the controller is proved to be effective. The simulation result shows that the controller can not only overcome the parameter perturbation of the model and external disturbance, but also restrain the influence of the noise produced by measurement.Based on the model and algorithm, the software program of the control system is designed and achieved. Modular concept is used to develop the current controller, SVPWM communication module and so on.Finally, the debugging of the software is completed. Problems encountered in the debugging process are analyzed and solved. The result of the experiment shows that the control system designed by this paper is satisfied to the requirements of the expectec objective.
