This thesis takes an electric power launching systems as research object. The overall design and the detailed mechanism design have been conducted. In addition, the Bullet Motion Sate has been analyzed and the dynamics simulation of the launching system has been carried out.Based on the brief introduction of the non-lethal weapons and the electric power launching technologies’research, an overall design of the launching system was proposed, in which the working principle of the launching system was double wheel friction. Based on the theories of Hertz contact, the mathematical and physical model of the bullet motion in the launching process was established. By the aid of MATLAB, the numerical simulation was conducted, by which the influence of the unilateral maximum interference and the linear velocity of the friction wheel on the initial velocity of the bullet has been studied. Then the dynamics model of the launching system was established by ADAMS software and the simulation analysis on the launching process was conducted. Based on the simulation results, the influence on the on the initial velocity of the bullet in the launching process was analyzed. By the comparison of the simulation results and the theoretical results, the reliability of the mathematical and physical model was verified. Finally, the control systems including the hardware circuit and the software were designed.This thesis provides a useful technical and theoretical basis for further researches of the electric anti-riot launching products.
