In pressure measurement, sometimes workers hope that the pressure sensors can be calibrated at the scene. On the one hand, as a result of the sensor calibration environment conditions consistent with the actual working condition, which can effectively reduce the uncertainty of environmental factors can cause; At the same time, it also can improve the work efficiency. So we need some pressure calibration systems which are suitable for the test site.In this paper, we design a portable hammer pressure calibration device, this device use the corresponding standard acceleration sensor to detect oil cylinder pressure by monitoring of drop hammer impact acceleration, the device am also be used for acceleration transducer dynamic calibration. Based on the portable hammer device, this article is focused on the pressure calibration method of drop hammer based on the acceleration measurement. Firstly it introduces the basic principles of performing the drop pressure calibration based on the acceleration monitoring, established the dynamic theory model between the acceleration of the hitting by drop hammer and the calibrated pressure in the cylinder; Then some relevant experiments are peifonned and put forward appropriate solutions for the problems in the experiment. The impact acceleration experiment data which have the serious influence of the noise are suitable low-pass filter processing. Then effectively extract the correlation peak and built a reliable pressure-acceleration peak model according to the data resulted from the experiment,after that determined the model establishment of suitable conditions; Finally the effectiveness of the proposed model is validated by experiment, and the various factors affecting the accuracy of model was discussed preliminarily, laid a good foundation for further research.
