With the rapid development of the aeronautic science and technology, the artificial satellite has been applied widely in many fields. As an important component of the satellite-borne radar, the power supplies for array are fixed on the antenna array. Since the power supplies suffer from strict restrictions such as volume and weight itself, together with the abominable working circumstance, the structural design of them is consequently extraordinary important for their performance.In this paper, a transmitting power supply for the satellite-borne radar was investigated based on the detailed project requirements. The macro scheme was contrived firstly according to the performance target, while the detailed schemes for electrics, structure, cooling and anti-irradiation reinforcement were further confirmed then.In the study of the structure design of the power supply, it is described the structural characterization. And the power supply is3D modeled via Pro-E. Especially, with the help of ANSYS, I made the dynamics simulation analysis on power supply, including the modal and response.In the study of heat control technology, it is emphasized the consideration in structure for the heat conduction and radiation. And analyze the design and operation temperature range of key exothermic elements. The heating density is simulated and analyzed in order to meet the requirement of deratation design in space-borne system.In the study of anti-irradiation technology, it is introduced that radiation environment in space and the failure mechanism of power supply. The useful reinforcement technology and verification method are also produced in the article.
