With the further promotion of building energy saving and conservation of land resources, the scientific development concept, solid concrete brick has been widely applied to various buildings in Henan on the wall, is a kind of new product sintered clay brick instead of very promising. While the rebound method in inspection of masonry block material strength, bearing capacity does not affect the structure itself, is a kind of simple operation, rapid detection, low cost, accurate data collection technique.The compressive strength and the link between rebound commonly used MU10and MU15two grade solid concrete brick, this paper mainly studies the value in Henan region, the rebound to find MU10and MU15two grade concrete solid brick strength curve; therefore, this paper collected a large amount of solid concrete brick springback value and compressive strength, according to the detection data of rebound strong curve was established for determination of compressive strength of concrete, solid brick masonry in to provide more convenient and effective means, in the control of construction quality and save a lot of manpower, material and financial resources.Firstly, the acquisition of MU10and MU15two grades of concrete solid brick were screened and number, each level selects100pieces of solid concrete brick, and then collected solid concrete brick rebound value on the test bench; in accordance with the "2007solid concrete brick " GB/T2114-requirements, will collect the rebound value of concrete solid brick production a compression specimen collection, compression strength in pressure testing machine.
