The research to the vegetation type ecology concrete in our country started relatively late. At present, the cases of engineering application is relatively less, more are in experimental study, and have not formed a set of mature engineering technology. In addition, within the present researches, the cases using waste brick as aggregate are far scanty. This article has made the detailed explanation for the concept of vegetation type ecology concrete, and aimed at accounting for the regeneration of recyclable bricks as vegetation type ecology concrete aggregate can be an effective way in the construction of waste resource utilization. Combining with engineering application requests of the vegetation type ecology concrete as well as the special properties of the recycled brick aggregate, and taking the research results at home and abroad for reference, this paper studies the compressive strength and waterproof performance of vegetation type ecology regeneration brick concrete, and introduces in detail the preparation and improving technology, and the ratio design principle and calculation method of vegetation type ecology concrete which is suitable for the regeneration brick aggregate.(1) The recycled brick aggregate is produced through the process of artificial breaking, washing and screening from the wasted brick aggregate in the structural laboratory in Shandong Agricultural University. At the same time, it is strengthened to improve the use of stability. Besides, its basic physical indicators, such as apparent density, bulk density, water absorption, moisture content and crush index have been determined the researched.(2) A large of experiments have been carried out on the basis of reference to the mixture ratio design of ordinary vegetative concrete, focusing on the influence law of the aggregate particle size, water cement ratio and porosity type to the concrete compressive strength and the permeable performance of vegetation ecology regeneration brick. They have concluded that it should focus on the control of the design indexes and the reasonable range. In addition, this article has also studied the design of the relationship between the designed and the measured porosity type and the development law of compressive strength of vegetation type concrete in the curing process.(3) On the basis of the previous tests, this article has designed the orthogonal test of compressive strength and permeation coefficient, used SPSS software to carry out the variance analysis of the testing result, and has further studied the influence degree and rules of the design indexes to the control variables, and confirmed previous research conclusion. Based on the balanced analysis of the compressive strength and permeable performance, this article has gained the optimum proportion range of the vegetation type recycled brick concrete.This study has obtained a lot of experiment data and made a certain achievement, which is of great significance to the research and application of the vegetation type ecology concrete in the future, and can provide a theoretical guidance to practical application of the vegetation type ecology concrete aggragated with recycled brick.
