With the rapid development of the society, the energy problem has aroused much more attention, people have begun to explore new energy sources. What’s more, in the past decades, the progressive speed of power supply technique is very slow, having no obvious exaltation on the energy density. Comparing with it, memory and communication technology have got rapid development. Sensor and interactive meshed network have made great academic progress. But along with the node quantity increase and its size reduction, the request to the power source at the aspect of its size, using life and energy density have became strict, the traditional power source have already could not met the challenges. Therefore, developing a new power technology is very important to the sensor node development. The innovative technologies of supplying secure, low cost, and in theory no life limits of power methods have attracted the attention of researchers.There is environmental vibration everywhere in our life. Vibration mechanical energy is one of the most common sources of energy in the environment. And in recent years, more and more scientists have concentrated on the issue of how to convert vibration mechanical energy into electrical energy.The first chapter of the thesis describes the background of the subject and the development status of the micro-vibration power generation technologies at home and abroad. In the second chapter, the physical mechanism of the displacement-permeability has been described.The third chapter shows how to make the micro-vibration power generator which bases on the mechanism of the displacement-permeability, and explores the relationship between output power and frequency. The fourth chapter, which is on the basis of previous research, shows us large-scale integration can improve the output power of micro vibration power generator. The fifth chapter is a conclusion of the whole experiment, and also discusses how to further increase the output power in the future.This vibration generate electricity is a new method of pro-environment producing electricity. It can be applied more widely, and the whole device structure is very simple, we also can get a higher output voltage or current by more units in series-parallel connection. This device is pollution free, long operating life, low cost, do without consuming natural resources. It has wide practical value in reality.
