Aiming at the detonator types and shell materials matching problem of blast fragment Warhead, this article has studyed the influence rule of muzzle velocity, scattering angle, mass distribution of fragments charged by detonator types and shell materials through using the cylindrical missile body to simplify the structure of blast fragment warhead, to look for a reasonable match relationship to optimize blast fragment warhead.Firstly, this article used orthogonal optimization design method, combined with AUTODYN-3D software and Stochastic random fragment model which based on the Mott fragment distribution theory to study cylindrical warhead and simulate the formation of fragments in bullet explosive process to research the influence relationship between fragments formation, scattering angle and detonator types, shell materials, detonation manners. Meanwhile The article also gived a reasonable match.Secondly, through the fragment warhead design expert system simulation software, the article studyed the influence relationship between fragments formation, scattering angle and detonator types, shell materials, shell thickness. Simulation results was analysed based on orthogonal optimization design method.Finally, the article designed experiment schemes based on the simulation test of70mm diameter missile body, and set up fragment mass distribution test and lethality test to study the influence relationship between fragments formation, scattering angle and detonator types, shell materials, shell thickness.
