In order to provide a reference for designation of the mortar projectile and the detonation-interrupted point detonating fuze, Theoretical analysis method was applied to establish the dynamics equation of turbine arming process, using Fluent software to simulate aerodynamic characteristics of turbine institution and the aerodynamic characteristics of the exterior ballistics, propagation characteristics of the detonation wave in different materials separator and forward overload coefficient were simulated by using LS-DYNA software.Through the Fluent software can see the air flow visualy, the pressure distribution of the turbine surface at different Mach numbers, and calculate axial force and torque under different Mach and attack angle. The axial pressure and torque increase with the increase of the Mach number, when the Mach number unchanged, with the increase of attack angle of the projectile, the axial force on the turbine decreases gradually, and the torque has a increase trend.The relationship between aerodynamic coefficient, Mach number and attack angle can be obtained through simulation.The results indieate that drag coefficient by the change of attack Angle is small, and lift coefficients and the pitch moment linear increase with the increase of the Angle of attack.while lift coefficient and drag coefficient and the pitch moment with Mach number change is very small under the conditions of subsonic, while lift coefficient and drag coefficient and the pitch moment sharply increased with the increase of the Mach number under the conditions of transonic.The pressure peak after detonation wave spreading through gap was attended by the Ls-dyna software.Steel and aluminum alloy structure composite partition can attenuation detonation wave pressure effectively.To a certain extent, Air insulation layer can damp detonation wave pressure, under the condition of same thickness and material, air layer distribute on both sides of the partition syrmnetily is obvious.The overload acceleration curves were obtained with the application of LS-DYNA to simulate the mortar bomb contacting different target with different velocities and different angle, which indicate that the target board material, the velocity and the angle has very big effect.with the increase of angle, the peak has decrease trend, forward acceleration curve could be a peak appeared again, and the peak less than peak for the first time obviously due to the droplet shape of mortar bomb make bomb on the target plate collision with perforated area is also increasing.
