| With the development of society and improvement of industrialization, the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution become more and more serious。Use of electronic control technology to improve the performance of diesel engines has become an inevitable trend. High pressure common rail technology has been seen as one of the most important directions of diesel engine control technology because of its effects in improving the performance of diesel engine. ECU is the core of the high pressure common rail electronic control system and is the key and difficult point in the design. Base on TC1728microcontroller, we design an ECU hardware system for4cylinders high pressure common rail diesel engine.On the basis of the analysis of high pressure common rail diesel engine electronic control system, a research had been done for ECU. By analyzing the characteristic of driver and the function of the ECU, we divide ECU into several different modules:power supply, microcontroller, signals process, actuators drive, communication and debug module. Because the ECU is working in poor environment, so on the basis of reliability and security, we design the hardware circuit in a modular approach. The dual-voltage closed-loop control of solenoid valve drive circuit is designed particularly and the signal processing modules were optimized.TC1728microcontroller from Infineon is the core of ECU and it is largely determines the performance of the ECU.TC1728is a high-performance32-bit microcontroller and designed for powertrain system applications, its powerful data processing capabilities and flexible general purposes timer module (GPTA) could meet the needs of processing the onerous tasks and outputing the complex control signal. so it can reduce the complexity of hardware and could meet the requirements of the high pressure common rail diesel engine’s electronic control system.In the process of schematic design we make reference successful programs, make choice of automotive chips, use of highly integrated chips and so on to improve the stability of the circuits. In the process of PCB design we make rational distribution and cabling, set shield and other measures to improve the anti-jamming capability. By thus, we can improve the reliability of hardware.After the hardware production, signal generator, oscilloscope, digital regulated power supply are used for checking and debugging the signal processing circuit and the injector drive circuit. Experimental results show that the signal processing circuit can be accurately and timely complete the work and could meet the requirements of ECU for the signal acquisition; the results show that the current of the injector is rising from0.1A to18A only100μs and the cut-off current from12A down to0A only need100μs as well. The rapid rise and fall of the drive current can greatly improve the response speed of the solenoid injector and is conducive to flexible and complex injection. |
