Abstract/Summary:
With the obvious advantage of heavy fuel (diesel and aviation kerosene) overaviation gasoline and the development of engine designing technology, diesel engineswith high pressure common rail system have gradually become a new trend in thedevelopment of aviation piston engine. It is clear that the research on the design of ECUfor aviation CR engines is an important issue. This thesis has accomplished hardware design of different kinds of input signalprocessing circuit and actuator driving circuit based on the characteristics of sensors andactuators. With the concept of modular design, the hardware of the whole electroniccontrol unit is developed.External RAM and FLASH are needed for the internal memory shortage ofMPC561,this thesis studies the usage of synchronous static RAM which supports burstaccess, including the connecting between chips and configuration of MPC561.Experiments are designed to figure out the speed advantage of burst access and theconnection between instruction structure and access speed. For the purpose of the accuracy of drive current, this thesis presents a new solenoidvalve driving method which realizes drive current modulated automatically by hardware. Two different current sampling methods are given out and compared by analyzing andexperiment, thus a new solenoid valve drive circuit is designedNew application driver software is designed to match the hardware. A fast timingmethod and an accurate injection control method are developed by using the TPU modal.Engine management algorithm based on fuel quantity is generated fromMatlab/Simulink control models with the use of auto code generation tool. The whole ECU is finally bench-tested on D19TCI diesel engine equipped withhigh pressure CR system. The result of the test shows that ECU could meet the demandsof engine under different working conditions. The precision, feasibility as well as thereliability of the ECU is testified and anticipated goal is achieved...
