Firstly, the basic theory of project management which establishes the foundation of this research will be described. At the same time, the background of this thesis is introduced through the introduction of the status of the survey design industries. Next, this thesis will study the condition of the project management applied to survey design industries through analyzing its content. Finally, the thesis illustrates the process and effect of the project management applied to the survey design construction by analyzing two examples, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of problems appearing in the application process, including training project management talent meeting the needs of the project management of survey and design, giving full consideration on the applicability of the project management system, preventing the bull management confusion and arguing for the support of all member companies. The result provides an advice for the improvement of the survey design construction.
