Along with the development of productive forces, the tower crane has pointed out, thetrend of the development of automation, as a kind of main handling machinery, in industry andcivil construction, plays a more and more important role.Cranes are common in homeworkload swing, limit load level movement speed, extend the crane work time, reduce the loadpositioning accuracy,and will cause serious load decoupling.Therefore,to eliminate the loadswing crane to improve work efficiency and reduce work safety in production hidden danger isof great significance.How to adopt the advanced method to eliminate the crane load swing,ensure construction safety, become the domestic and foreign scholars to research topic.Application of Lagrange equation to establish the tower crane anti-swing systemmathematical model.Fuzzy algorithm is widely used in crane anti-swing positioning and fuzzyPID control algorithm for simulation and analysis, the experimental results show that the twomethods have some limitations.By analysis and study of various intelligent control algorithm,the genetic algorithm control design of tower crane anti-swing positioning control system basedon.The tower crane displacement and swing angle are controlled by using this algorithm, andthe simulation on.Based on the experimental results obtained, this new anti-swing positioningcontrol system reduces the computing time, and improve the control efficiency and accuracy,better in the treatment of tower crane anti-swing and position on the issue, it is an ideal controlmethod.At the same time, in the analysis of the requirements of the controller of the tower cranehandling process, make full use of the original electrical components, increased thedisplacement detection device, swing angle detection device and a pressure sensor, the part ofthe hardware circuit and the control program was designed, and the simulation experiment andachieved good results.
