Design And Implementation Of Large Aircraft Wind Tunnel Test Remote Collaboration System

In order to solve the problems of the design departments of large passenger aircraft with the wind tunnel test equipment not in the same region, and the lack remote testing techniques, in order to improve work efficiency, accelerate the progress of the development of large aircraft, it is necessary to study large passenger aircraft wind tunnel remote test collaboration system. The wind tunnel remote test collaboration system can achieve remote share of large aircraft wind tunnel, aerodynamics databases, numerical simulation and intelligence information. From system requirements analysis, we proposed the the overall system architecture and the design methods of the main function modules. We initially built the large passenger aircraft wind tunnel remote test collaboration system that includes remote digital video transmission, multi-input video source video conferencing network.The thesis firstly introduces the basic concept, the basic characteristics and the development of remote test collaboration systems, analyzed the technology base of remote test collaboration, including streaming media technology and programming language. Secondely, from the five aspects of system feasibility, functional requirements, key technologies, business data processes. and system data flow, we completed the analysis of the system design and implementation. Under the full analyse, the overall system is designed, and each functional module are achieved. The emphasis is the design and implementation of the main functions including video conferencing, electronic whiteboards, audio and video transmission. Finally, according to the expected target of the design, each of the functions is test one by one.The test results show that the system meets the design’s expected, and can meet the needs of the remote wind tunnel test between the Aerodynamic R&D Center and the large passenger aircraft R&D department. The system improves the level of data applications, improves the efficiency of wind tunnel tests, shorten the design cycle of a large passenger aircraft.
