The digital photogrammetry technique is a technique which using the theories and methods of computer, digital image processing, image matching and pattern recognition to get the object’s geometry and physics information in digital model. The Artillery reconnaissance-location refers to the reconnaissance works which aimed to get the position, time and sport parameters of the target.The thesis mainly researches how to use the digital photogrammetry techniques and equipments (the vidicon) to get the object’s position parameters in Real-time. Based on the techniques of the digital elevation model (DEM), the vidicon-location and the planar-scenograph, the thesis advanced a method to get the object’s position parameters by the vidicon, and gives the flow chart.In this dissertation, the principle and the feasibility of the proposed method is sufficiently illustrated. The basic principle, overall idea and workflow of the new method are described in detail. On the other hand, some difficulties in implementation have been discussed and solved. Finally, the thesis programmed internet applications which can realize location function in Real-time.The theory and application research of the vidicon-location method will improved the information collects speed and the visibility of the battlefield, at the same time, the research will decrease the response time of the Artillery fire, help the commander observe the battlefield and judge the fire effect more clearly, decrease the number of casualty and make the command more effective. So the research has great meaning for enhance the reconnaissance capability and the battlefield surviving ability of the Artillery, what’s more, it will provide a helpful way for the further research of the Artillery equipment and informational-weapon.
