A broad uncertainty exists in Life Cycle Assessment and the LCI stage stands out because that it has a large amount of data and it is difficult to be obtained. Especially in the multi-product system, the error which is caused by the unreasonable data distribution is one of the important reasons why the validity of inventory data is low. Nowadays, the domestic researches on methodology of this problem lack of targeted region and industry. In addition, Life Cycle Assessment database is not well-developed and the industry foundation data is insufficient in our country. These two factors greatly restrict the further development of Life Cycle Assessment.Combing these situations above, we presented the industry allocation coefficient. The coefficients of raw material consumption, energy consumption and production pollution were designed respectively on the basis of different industries and products. What’s more, according to the mass and energy conservation, we designed a new algorithm to assign the mixed data of multiple products to single products. Besides, Dixon’s test is used to exclude the outlier of the data which come from the products’ inventory analysis. After excluding, we get the industry inventory of this type of products by calculating the average of the remaining data. Finally, we applied this algorithm into the printed circuit boards’LCI, and got the allocation coefficients of the PCB industry as well as the LCI of the single-sided, dual-sided and multi-layer printed circuit boards.The data lists show that: Firstly, the industry allocation coefficient and new allocation algorithm can distinguish the differences of data proportion which are changing with the structure and producing process of the products. This can improve the data validity of the multi-product system. Dixon’s test can exclude the abnormal data of the LCI effectively. Secondly, the single-sided PCB are being eliminated gradually, while the dual-sided and multi-layer ones are leading the PCB industry trend. Thirdly, in the whole process of the printed circuit boards’life cycle, the production stage has the greatest influences on the environment. Fourthly, the biggest pollution of production stage is hazardous solid waste rather than the heavy metal waste water in the traditional way. Dust and acid fog is the main air pollutants in this stage. And the fist type of water pollutant emissions of three kinds of PCB are basically the same. Last but not the least, electric power consumption is the main energy consumption in the process of Circuit Board’s life cycle.
