At the same time for the purpose ofreducing the composite board production costs, establishing mathematicalmodel of corrugating coefficient as the target function, by programming, tooptimize the calculation using the genetic algorithm toolbox in MATLAB. Andthe optimization results are compared with existing tooth shape, thecorrugating coefficient decreases by0.1801,achieve the objective of reducingthe cost of production.Application the experimental method of single factor and multi factor totest the flat compression strength of calcium plastic corrugated cardboardcomposite under conditions of different temperature and the speed ofproduction, optimize the process parameters, Obtain the production processparameters: the temperature is161oC, the production rate is4.92m/min.The above research results provide technical support for the industri a-lization development of calcium plastic composite corrugated cardboardproduction line.
