| Welding is an important process in modern manufacturing molding process. It was made through heat or pressure,or heap on the surface of metal material, at the same time to add (or not added) filler material.Welding structure always be used for corrosion protection and processing technology.The thin plate was widely used in various types of structures for its light weight, good performance and convenient connection. It is more flexibility and reliability than others, so no matter from small part to large equipment it is indispensable in modern manufacturing. While the welding process belongs to the typical nonlinear heat input process, especially under the action of electric arc heat source, the temperature distribution of weld place there will be moments of non-uniform. And weld are often the main parts of the welding structure failure occurred, therefore, for the temperature and stress of the weld of research for effectively prevent welding structure failure and improve welding quality and guarantee the safety of the welding structure using has extremely important practical significance.This paper studied the temperature field, stress field and process factor of welding seam area with bigger temperature fluctuation and their relationship with temperature distribution. The study mainly based on the theory of finite element method and computed with large analysis software ANSYS. After established element model, divided the grid load and boundary conditions through APDL, then the thin plate welding numerical simulation finished. It can be concluded through the results and analyzing, that is:At the beginning of welding, the temperature changed quickly of welding seam node, and the high temperature mainly concentrated in the heat source, but when it reached to a certain degree, the node temperature tend to stable; when other welding parameters under certain conditions, the heat input, welding speed and effective heating radius have produced great influence to the temperature distribution of the welding seam area.Thus the choice principle of welding process parameters can be determined, that is reduce the heat input properly and increase the welding speed. |
