| The AlSiC composite has been widely used in the fields of aerospace, automobile, electronics and military due to its excellent mechanical and physical properties. The paper is based on that,which is analyzing the research progress and application about single and composite machining technology of AlSic composite recent years at home and abroad,the author has developed one efficient and economical precision machining technology of AlSiC composite.The paper discused the AlSiC composite T/R packaged modulus used in phased array radar, analyzed the AlSiC composite characteristic, developed plating diamond milling tools, collected the cutting force, stated the cutting amount of one cutting tools.Using orthogonal experiment, the paper developed Milling-grinding Machining on AlSiC composite,and summarized a series of suited cutting parameters,implemented the efficient and economical machining.And through analyzing the structure of AlSiC composite T/R packaged modulus, combining the characteristic of plating diamond milling tools, the paper designed a useful machining process using the numerical control machining technology and drawed up relative Process card.The paper has rationally directed the AlSiC composite T/R packaged modulus structure design, realized the precision machining technology of AlSiC composite, and reduced the packaged modulus cost, increased the efficiency and the cutting precision.And the paper has increased the performance and reliability of the T/R packaged modulus. |
