Recovering various useful minerals effective and comprehensive from tungsten ore finemud is a hard problem of tungsten ore recovering. Based on the situation of that,thecomposition of Tie Shan Long’s tungsten fine mud is complex, sorting process cumbersomeand using toxic arsine acids collector in the sorting operation.Using desulfurization-centrifugalconcentrator-flotation process to replace the existing processes and chelating collector of GYBreplace the arsine acids collector to complete the actual mineral test to obtain a better testindicators. And on this basis, through the test of infrared spectroscopy and centrifuge stressanalysis discuss the wolframite sorting mechanism.On the basis of deeply understanding of the nature and the observation of Tie Shan Longtungsten mine produce process,a study on process of actual minerals. Experimental resultsshow that: using gravity and magnetic separate the ore, found the gravity separation process isbetter than magnetic separation process. Consider the comprehensive recovery of sulfide ore,compare centrifugal concentrator-desulfurization with desulfurization-centrifugal concentratorprocess and determine the desulfurization-centrifugal is better.To achieve the comprehensiveutilization of resources and reduce the effection of grading tungsten minerals.Using the newtype of centrifuge to sort tungsten concentrate after desulfurization at last get centrifugaltailings WO3grade of0.058%and lower than mill tailings WO3grade of0.09%,reachedqualified tailings and no need to shaking tailing. After centrifugal re-election get the concentrategrade of WO39.65%and reduce the impact of light tungsten mineral for tungsten fine mud,selection of the centrifugal concentrate by magnetic separation and flotation processesenrichment, results show that the flotation index is better than magnetic separation. At last weuse flotation process when GYB instead of benzyl arsonic acid as the collector and add leadnitrate through a rough selection,secondary selection, a sweeping election, and achieve thegoals of non-toxic and environmentally friendly beneficiation Added the fine mud activation oftungsten of lead nitrate, the use of time roughing, secondary selection of a sweeping electionFrom the test we can get grade WO360.38%and the recovery rate was65.70%with the processof desulfurization-centrifugal concentrator–flotation. There is an increase of2.65%intungsten recovery from the original trunk process.The successful application GYB replace theoriginal processing plant collector, then solved non-toxic, environmental issues. Achievedenergy saving, environmental protection, increasing and increment.Results of infrared spectroscopy showed that the chemical absorption took place on thesurface of wolframite.There was obvious adsorption between GYB and wolframite surface and there is more obvious adsorption on wolframite surface after adding some lead nitrate. Analysisof mineral particles in a centrifugal concentrator force, proved that experimental revolving speedis conform to theoretical speed.
