This article mainly aims at the mill in Anhui province in the mirror Jinrisheng iron ore anionic reverse flotation process, there are a flotation reagents to give the adaptability of mine sent, flotation result is bad, sorting index shaky and agent cost is higher, flotation tail water pollution and environmental benefits to such shortcomings. By the use of the SLon centrifugal dressing machine for main equipment, strong magnetic concentrate (flotation to mine), the centrifugal dressing machine of small experimental study and industrial test and will get centrifugal dressing craft in the reverse flotation technology. Which is with index analysis as well as to the centrifugal dressing machine in some analysis mechanism.In the small centrifugal dressing machine test research, according to the index of the influence in the three main factors:drum speed, to pulp density and rinse water, the detailed test research has identified in the drum rotating at450rpm, to pulp density is8%, rinse water consumption for3L/min of gravity conditions; drum rotating at380rpm, to pulp density is8%, rinse water consumption for3L/min selected conditions; drum rotating at500rpm, to pulp density is8%, rinse water consumption for2L/min scanning of the selected conditions. After a rough a fine a sweep of the closed-circuit test, when to the iron ore grade51.65%, which get the concentrate62.57%, tailings22.88%,87.82%of the recovery in the index.In centrifugal dressing machine in industrial experiment, the one thick one fine opening process test, due to the restrictions, the only drum speed (in frequency plan), rinse water usage (open valve size to plan) and to mine the time industrial test. Test identified in the drum rotating speed of108rpm, rinse water consumption for the valve opens1/2, gives the ore time for80s gravity conditions; In the drum rotating speed of90rpm, rinse water consumption for the valve opens2/3, to see time for80s selection of conditions. When to the iron ore grade52.57%, which get the concentrate63.59%,47.23%middlings, tailings25.18%of open flow separation index.
