A Rubber Tire Manufacturer Exhaust Comprehensive Treatment Project

This paper introduce the comprehensive management and implementation of waste gases for engineering design of a rubber tire production enterprise in hangzhou。The company produces gross rubbers and all steel radial truck tires。The main pollutants of waste gases are non methane hydrocarbon (except for rubber mixxed, vulcanized section), particulate matter, hydrogen sulfide and odor。According to the characteristics of the waster gases, this paper designe a set of economical and efficient waster gases treatment system by using mature technology and combining with the original waste gases treatment facilities。This paper estimate the gas source with the production process and material consumption, estimate the waster air volume in every process of Production and pollution, and then determine the relevant control measures and treatment equipment with the waster air pollutants and concentrations。The gas source of design management containe the dusts, smoke of refining rubber, waste gases of heating rubber, solvent gases, sulfide smoke. Among them, the dust of spare materials collected by gas collecting cover are discharged throgh the bag filter。The smoke of refining rubber mainly produce in the refining rubber process of plastication, mixing and rolling,, cooling, the enterprise has set up gas collecting cover to collcect somke of refining rubber at the exits of plasticating and mixing sections, the collected smoke are discharged on the roof of the building after disposing by the bag filter and oxigen reaction; waste gases of heating rubber and solvent gases are all consided as volatile gases, the part of waster gases are discharged on the roof of the building after collecting。 Sulfide smoke collected by gas collecting cover are discharged on the roof of the building after deodorization of the high-energy low-temperature pyrolysis oxidation reaction。In order to prevent the production of waster gases diffusing to the environment with inorganization through the windows, all the buildings are about to be sealed, windows are about to be designed for fixed windows (only used for lighting), the workshop of the outlet are to be desighed with micro negative pressure.
