Design And Development Of Vulcanization Daily Production Planning System For Rubber Tire

In the process of production of rubber tires, vulcanization process is the last process in the tires production, and also the core process. Because of the process’s long manufacture time, manufacture centralizing, energy sources large consume, it becomes the main bottleneck of the whole tire production process, and its production plan’s quality is the key function of improving the utilization of vulcanization equipments, reducing the production cost and improving production efficiency of vulcanization workshop and. According to the demand plan, equipment manufacturing capacity constraints, inventory, workshop of power production status for the production planning, reach to balance resource, reduce production cost, and improve the production efficiency. This is the key point for the study of vulcanization production planning. There are a lot of application value and research significance for research on vulcanization production planning methods and the development of vulcanization production planning software system.In this thesis, an analysis of the issue of vulcanization production planning content is made under the background of a tire factory in a large tire enterprise. Deeply research on the issue of vulcanization production planning, for the purpose of resolving the problem of the poor efficiency of vulcanization production scheduling, formulated by planner’s experience, vulcanization production planning method for rubber tire is made. Also the vulcanized daily production planning software system is designed and developed. The main content of this paper is as follow:First of all, according to the actual production of vulcanization production situation, it is based on the investigation of rubber tires production process and vulcanization production planning marking process. The difficulties and characteristics of tires vulcanization production planning are analyzed, putting forward the existing problems of tires production planning.Secondly, the vulcanization production planning of rubber tire method is studied. Based on the people’s experience of formulating vulcanization production plan for rubber tires, the heuristic algorithm which abide by rules of the not "0" production status, and emergency degree having priority is putted.Finally, a rubber tires vulcanized daily production planning software system is designed and developed. On the base of definite system goal and system function structure, design system function including production plan inquiring, production planning and scheduling, basic data maintaining, algorithm parameter maintaining, equipments information and the main data table, etc. The effectiveness of the system is validated by the actual data.
