Various parameters characteristics of machine tool decides the machining accuracy of machine tools, which besides restricted by itself, also the machine in working process by external force, environment, such as heat and has a close relationship.If in machine tool design phase, you can guarantee in these predictable outside conditions under the influence of machining precision, so to the development of machine tool industry plays a huge role and important practical significance. This paper mainly studies the high-end CNC machine tools in the internal heat source under the environmental conditions of the distribution of temperature field and the thermal deformation caused by the size of the thermal characteristics and system developed specifically for the analysis of the software, realized the function of statistical analysis, at the same time improve the design efficiency and level of the machine tool for designers.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign machine tools, ball screw feed system, combined with thermal resistance and ANSYS secondary development, according to the demand analysis and design of software function system architecture and function module design, and implementation need account of two key technologies in detail.One of key technology:based on the ANSYS secondary development technology of finite element model of feed system, The second:key technology based on a fixed joint surface thermal characteristics analysis of feed system technology, the feed system of fixation combined with surface contact thermal resistance are studied, gives the calculation formula of the processing; Secondly, according to the classical thermodynamics and heat transfer theory to establish the heat flow model of the feed system thermal analysis; Then is to establish a model on the basis of the feed system the calculation formula of internal heat source and boundary conditions and loading method, studied the VDL600E Z to the feed system under the action of moving heat source of heat balance of the influencing factors, and put forward the improvement of machine tool feed system to achieve fast balance of the three methods.On the basis of the key technologies, combined with the demand analysis and function design, this paper combined with SQL database technology with C#object-oriented design language, developed a special software for thermal analysis of feed system, still VDL600E, for example, to verify the reliability of the software.
