It’sessential for oil and gas exploration and development to calculate the reserves of oil and gas accurately, therefore, to provide accurate and reliable calculation of reserves is critical parameters. In this paper, the author analyzes reservoirs in the study area "four-property relationship", microfacies, reservoir, characteristics and reservoir characteristics by collecting, collating and correcting the data of core zone, well logging, drilling, testing and production of oil of Yan33&88wells in Yanchang Oil Field. The results show that oil group Chang6mainly consists of delta plain and delta front deposits, including the delta plain distributary channel, delta front underwater distributary channel,distributary channel and sheet sand deposition. The parameters of the lower Chang6oil physical properties of the lower and log interpretation are determined through comprehensive analysis experience using statistical methods, like oil production method, mercury parameter method, test oil, analogy method. Also, through a lot of oil and production test, measuring wells and coring data analysis, combined with the actual situation of Chang6, the author finds that the effective thickness of the lower reservoir group of Chang6is0.38m, and the interlayer is deducted from0.21m, lower limit of reservoir porosity and permeability is8.0%and0.2×10-3μm2.By studying digenesis, porosity evolution and reservoir parameters of Chang6, as well as analyzing oil reserves calculated parameters set, the conclusion can be drawn that oil group Chang6is a conventional small oil field, the main elastic-solution gas drive reservoir lithology type, with characteristics like shallow, especially the low porosity and low permeability, low-yield, low abundance, low sulfur light, etc.
