At present, with the continuous development of economy, global warming caused by climate change has become one of the most serious environmental problems facing the world today, and the excess emissions of carbon dioxide is the most important reasons contribute to this situation. To actively reduce carbon dioxide emissions, the world many countries have adopted corresponding measures, such as:reduce the carbon source, development and utilization of new energy, increase carbon sinks, etc., carbon capture and storage of carbon is one of the most important one of the measures, because it can reduce carbon dioxide emissions on a large scale, thus become the response to the global warming, a new kind of emissions reduction measures.As a breakthrough point, this paper systematically discusses the carbon capture and storage of the status quo at home and abroad, points out the legal problems of carbon capture and storage, thus put forward their about carbon capture and storage in China environmental legal system building of preliminary ideas, in order to carbon capture and storage in our country the construction of environmental law. Full text structure is as follows:The introduction section, the first illustrates this article selected topic background and research significance, then introduces the domestic and foreign research status about carbon capture and storage, secondly puts forward about research ideas and research methods of this article. Finally pointed out how to build our country’s legal system of carbon capture and storage environment is the key.The first part, summary of carbon capture and storage.
