Cleaner production goal setting and the analysis of cleaner production potential of clean production are vital to the entire link of the Cleaner production, which play a decisive role and guidance for the clean production audit. The main content of cleaner production audit technology research is to get the goal setting and cleaner production potential analysis scientifically, objectively, accurately. In this paper, Eviews mathematical analytic is used to confirm the cleaner production goal setting of crude drug extraction technology, and Fuzzy mathematics and Analytic Hierarchy Process are used to analyze the cleaner production potential of crude drug extraction technology.(1) Eviews model equation method is used Eviews model for model analysis and obtain model analysis equation:y=-40468.5730804+9.25920x, equation coefficient of decision:R2=0.907675, the coefficient of statistics x=1.680345, statistics coefficient F=58.98771, and accomplish the confirmation of goodness-of-fit, conspicuousness, sequence correlation.0.475t pre unit product of fresh water consumption is set as the cleaner production target, which is more exact than conventional method, and the scientificalness of the data is confirmed.(2) The cleaner production target of crude drug extraction technology is analyzed by Fuzzy mathematics and Analytic Hierarchy Process. And the evaluation index system of crude drug extraction technology is classified into four levels:energy consumption and utilization of resources, category of production technology and management, type of pollutants, environment management. Then the hierarchical structure of the evaluation index of cleaner production target is established. The importance of the indicators of cleaner production potential evaluation index is graded by expert. MATLAB software is used to calculate the greatest eigenvector and check the consistency. Combined with fuzzy mathematical evaluation method, the various levels of membership relations are calculated and analyzed. The fresh water consumption of energy consumption and utilization of resources index is the most, which is based on each level hierarchical evaluation index membership degree. So pre unit product of fresh water consumption is ascertained as the most that cleaner production potential. |
