| With the increase of the pressure on the environment, society and the state demands on theenvironment about the paper effluent are also increasing in recent years. However, theconventional wastewater treatment exists the cost is high, the effect is not obvious and thecomplexity of the technology program and other issues. APMP pulping waste water, has problemof high chemical oxygen demand, toxicity, and difficult to dealing with. In this thesis, use bridgeconnection and charge stability theory, study of the use of organic and inorganic compoundflocculant, flocculation the ONP deinking and APMP pulping wastewater, the two wastewatertreatment under laboratory conditions. Wastewater under different conditions by detecting COD,turbidity, with electricity, the lignin content index, evaluation of new composite flocculant of twowastewater treatment effect on both similarities and differences of wastewater treatment processwere compared. In addition, the order of addition of the flocculant, the applicability and twowastewater treatment after the residual substance analysis. The results are as follows:1ã€To ONP deinking wastewater:PFC five minutes before HCA add, HCA dosage is30mg/L,the complex ratio of1:5, pH7, the treated wastewater COD and turbidity removal efficiencywas87.2%and98.4%.2ã€To APMP wastewater first need Fenton oxidation, then adding20mg/L PAM. PFC and HCAadd, HCA add90mg/L, multiplexing ratio of1:2, pH6, the COD and turbidity removal rateswere77.2%and92.8%3ã€By comparison, the two kinds of wastewater with electricity close to0flocculation is better. When the electricity reaches a certain value, it will be difficult to change; compositeflocculant fine suspended material in the two wastewater has a good flocculation effect,water-soluble organic substance is more difficult to flocculate4ã€The two wastewater treatment process are distinct. APMP wastewater need to be subjected tooxidation treatment, and ONP deinking waste can be directly flocculation; the twowastewater flocculation process also different; due to the substances remaining in thewastewater, final effluent with electricity there are also significant differences. |
