Chamdo Prefecture of Tibet Autonomous Region La Nuoma lead-zincpolymetallic deposit located in middle of Riwoqe-Zogang metallogenic belt.Orebody occur in the limestone gravel broken limestone, which from Bilila Group(T3b)of Lower Triassic。And the deposit was nearly north-south strip stratoid output, whichis an important deposits in the Lancang sedimentary lead-zinc metallogenic belt.Combined with previous data, a geological survey, and a comprehensiveanalysis of geology data collected and combined reading research literature, referencegeophysical and geochemical data, which show that mineralization of the deposit maybe closely related to deep Cenozoic tectonic-magmatic activity. And Indian platecollision is also a factor. Metallogenic element associate with the tectonic movementsand which provided transport and minerlization space, etc.Xie dam deposit and CuoNa deposit are similar to La Nuoma deposit about oretexture and structure in the adjacent areas. Analysis about Mineral composition source, mineralization, deposit model in the area, we can conclude La Nuoma lead-zincpolymetallic deposit is a sedimentary rock hosted lead-zinc deposits. Formation of thedeposits associated with strta and structure factor.Chamdo-Simao basin evolution and Cenozoic collision orogeny in geologicalhistory provide element, migration path, deposits-controlling structure, hosting space.La Nuoma region developed intesen tectonic activity, geochemical and geophysicaldatas show that the region has a large potential for mineralization.Three exploration prospect areas can be delineated:ZhaoFayong-GanZhongxiongareas, ChangMaoling-XiaYawu Xiduo areas, JiQu-JiaSangka areas. And ChamdoLeiWuqi-Zuogong metallogenic belt exists good geological conditions of hugelead-zinc polymetallic deposit forming. And the areas maybe become an importantand potential mineral resources area.
