With the economic development and the advance of industrialization process, environmental pollution gradually increases. As loose surficial layer of land with fertility to grow plants, soil which has been polluted by all kinds of contaminant results from the combined contribution of various factors of soil formation and human producing activity. Heavy metal is especially harmful because of its long-term lurk and its difficulty in handling. It throws a great threat to the crop yield and influence the quality of the cultivated land.In addition, in the ecosystem, heavy metal can be taken into human body through runoff of land surface and subsurface and intake of flora and fauna, which will affect human health. Therefore, based on the correlation analysis between the pollution of heavy metal and factors of soil formation, it will be of great practical significance to find out the pollution factor for pollution abatement, environmental enhancement and ecological civilization reconstruction.In order to make a deep analysis of the reasons for pollution of the thirteen kinds of soil heavy metals (arsenic As, cadmium Cd, cobalt Co, chromium Cr, copper Cu, fluorine F, mercury Hg, manganese Mn, nickel Ni, lead Pb, tin Se, vanadium V and zinc Zn), find out the potential relationship between various soil-forming factors and the spatial distribution of heavy metals, and study the quantitative relationship between organic pollutant and soil-forming factors, this paper first find in the original survey data that there are11factors which affect the spatial distribution of heavy mental;6digitized factors are east longitude, north latitude,elevation, PH, clay particle and organic matter; five factor which are not digitized are soil type, parent material and parent rock, topography, vegetation type and land-use type. And then by analyzing the average value of the tested factors which stands for the digital value of the corresponding influencing factor t in the electoral district, it produces digital database matrix to analyze the corresponding influencing factors in the district. Finally, in the Visual Studio environment, since C#calls Matlab to generate.dll file, the design and implementation of multiple linear regression analysis system of soil-forming factors will be done.Through digitized character data and the generation of a digital dictionary database, it is possible to solve the problem of huge data management and analysis. Based on this library database, with the analysis of multiple linear regression model, the quantitative relationship between the spatial distribution of a certain heavy metal and soil-forming factors can be obtained; it can help analyze main influencing factors of pollution, which will be helpful for the proposal of soil prevention measures and the decision making of all management departments and environmental protection bureau.
