Relying On Comparative Research Resources And Projects Rely On Community-based Tourism Participation Model

With the construction of tourist attractions, the development of related industries and achieving community participation, rural tourism contains a combination of various resources. It is generally believed that depend on the development of rural tourism can improve the community resident’s life quality and the industrial structure adjustment. Development of rural tourism can help keeping tangible and intangible community of cultural heritage, as well. The influence of rural tourism has been discussed with the community participation. With the help of the residents participating in the construction, enthusiasting of the community committee, supervision and management, developing of tourism association, community participation now can include the coordination of community residents, community committees and Tourism Association Bureau. At the same time, guarantee the community resident’s life quality and community cultural the establishment of different community participation model will protect prosperity. Two typical pattern communities in Bingzhongluo community participation is relying on the tourism resources and established pattern of community participation and tourism project settings and set up the model of community involvement. Through the development process of rural tourism in the economic, cultural and environmental fields these two kinds of community participation model can reflect the life of local residents state.First of all, this paper compares the dynamic studies in and abroad tourism urbanization and community, with which defined the rural tourism for the main point of interest of community participation. Then make up a frame design accordingly. Thirdly, it carries on the investigation analysis to the Luo Community which with two typical mode of participation in the process of tourism urbanization. The Luo community is established by relying on the tourism resources of community participation pattern and the Tong community is established by relying on the tourism projects set up community participation model. Comparison of advantages and disadvantages of two participation models to derive the rural tourism development cycle, with the difference needs of community participation in this conclusion. And it can make a suggestion to the significant role of rural tourism pattern in comparing of these two kinds of community participation. Last but not least, it also explains the limitations of this study and future research directions.
