That the main task of prospecting work is tracking the blind orebody now. Asdirectly dedicative information, there is important significance to research theEnrichment regularity of soil elements.The Leaching of Mobile Forms ofMetals in Overburdenmethod(MOMEO)was used to analysis the soil sample of510uranium deposit which is a typicalinterlayer oxidation zone sandstone type uranium deposit. The enrichment regularityof12elements such as U, Mo, V, Th in three adoption phases were analysisedqualitatively combined with Metallogenic conditionsand geological background,then, the linkage between element enrichment regularity and the deep mineralizationwas analysised. To focus the main information of the oil samples, hierarchicalclustering analysismethod and factor analysis method were used to reducedimensions of soil samples. Through hierarchicalclustering analysis, the combinationand affinity-disaffinity relationship between elements was explored.Through factoranalysis, the U—Mo element combination was determined as prospecting factor,meanwhile, the Secondary prospecting factor and no use factor was determinedroughly.It beyond the purely mathematical statistics category, gives cleargeochemistry meaning to the factor analysis result. The comprehensive index ofgeo-accumulation(IGEO) was used to reflect the general characteristics of organicadsorption U, Mo and Iron manganese oxide adsorption U, Mo. There is a bigimprovement of indicative ability to deep mineralization after IGEOaccumulation. Onone hand, this result turns out that the IGEOcould be used to prospect uraniumdeposit, on the other hand, it turns out that the parameter used in IGEOwas reasonable.The soil element indicative ability enhancement method of sandstone type deposit inYili Basin was put forward on this basis. The deep mineralization of the510depositcould almost site in the High value anomaly area of the calculation results ofthemethod. It verifies the validity of the method.The soil element indicative abilityenhancement method of sandstone type deposit was used to prospect an unknownarea, and some Favorable target area was found. It could provide referenceinformation for further exploration.
