The Roles And Functions Of Our Government In Vocational Training From Perspective Of Service-oriented Government

Vocational training is an effective way to promote employment, and also aneffective way to improve the quality of the national occupation. The important roleof vocational training has been universally recognized in the world。Since thevocational training in our country has exposed more and more problems,theadministrative management system needs to be improved.From the perspective of Service-oriented Government, this thesis analyzeschanges of the role and functions of our government in vocational training. Thepaper compares the government management in vocational training amongJapan,Australia and German, then analyzes the difficulties and its reasons of thevocational training in China. The conclusion of the paper is that, the governmentshould change from all-around administrative into limited administration, change theguide of administrative instructions to market demand, and to shift from directmanagement to indirect management.
