Study On Ideological And Political Education Of CPC During The Anti-Japanese War

During the Anti-Japanese War, the ideological and political education of CPC was comprehensively developed and increasingly mature. With the evolution of situation of Anti-Japanese War, under the complex environment of national liberation, CPC formed an ideological and political education system with rich contents, flexible and diversified methods. The ideological and political education during this period both guaranteed the smooth running of various ideological and political work, enriched the ideological end political education theories of CPC and also developed, consolidated and expanded the anti-Japanese national united front and finally contributed to the victory of Anti-Japanese War.In this paper, we first expound the contents, methods, characteristics and achievements of CPC ideological and political education based on the three stages of Anti-Japanese War and in combination with the change of domestic and foreign war situations in each stage. Then we make a simple summary and demonstration to the link of the three stages. Finally, combining history with reality, we explain the guiding significance to the ideological and political education in the new times. Thus, the demonstration of this paper is divided into5parts in total:The first part demonstrates the ideological and political education of CPC in strategic defense stage (1937.7-1938.10). This stage is the initial stage of Anti-Japanese War, therefore, strengthening the conviction of resisting enemy is the first task for ideological and political work of CPC. Meanwhile, for the formation of anti-Japanese war national united front, the ideological and political work of CPC army was also urgent.The second part demonstrates the ideological and political work of CPC in strategic stalemate stage (1938.10-1943.12). The domestic and foreign situations confronted by CPC included:Kuomintang increased its anti-communist tendency from the relatively active Japanese resistance at the initial stage of Anti-Japanese War, Britain and America changed their China policies. Thus, the contents, methods and characteristics of ideological and political education of CPC also changed accordingly.The third part demonstrates the ideological and political education of CPC in the strategic counteroffensive stage (1944.1-1945.8). During this stage, the diehards of Kuomintang raised the countercurrent of anti-communist and anti-democracy again, whole the world anti-fascist war was developing in victory. When the victory of Anti-Japanese War was around to the corner, the ideological and political education of CPC also kept pace with the times.The fourth part summarized and analyzes the link of ideological and political education in the three stages, also two main clues running through ideological and political education of the three stages, i.e. ideological and political education of localization of Marxism in China and ideological and political education of anti-Japanese national united front policy.The fifth part is the reference significance to the ideological and political education in the new times.
