Study On The Role Of Rural Women In The Construction Of Family Culture In Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province In The New Era

Family culture is nurtured and developed in the family and passed down from generation to generation.It is a direct reflection of the concept of life,spiritual style and moral fashion in the family.It has always been the focus of the party and the state.Especially since entering the new era,we can see that leaders of the party and the state have emphasized the important role of family culture construction on different occasions.China has always attached great importance to the development of rural areas and agriculture,and in 2020,to complete the overall task of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and overcoming poverty,the key lies in rural areas.However,the construction of family culture not only plays a role in shaping a sound personality for individuals,but also is closely related to the rural customs and social customs.Therefore,based on the new era of rural areas,this paper focuses on the construction of rural family culture,and combined with the new historical background,links rural women with the construction of family culture,studies the dual effects of their role in the process of family culture construction,and points out the constraints of their negative role,and then finds out the measures of enhancing rural women’s role of family culture construction.This paper consists of five parts,which are in accordance with the framework from concept to theory,from current situation to dilemma,from causes to countermeasures.The first part includes the background,the significance,the methods,the difficulties and the innovation point of the research,as well as the research of present research at home and abroad.The second part first defines the most basic concepts of women and rural women,family culture and family culture construction,then from the connotation,characteristics,functions and main contents of family culture,comprehensively expounds the construction of family culture and the family culture,and finally expounds the theoretical basis for rural women to play a role in family culture construction in the new era.The third part is mainly through the questionnaire,interview and other ways to make an overall survey of the status quo of women’s role in the construction of family culture in Z Township,Shouyang County,Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province.The result is that the rural women have good signs in the construction of family culture,but there are also deficiencies,which provides data support for later research.In the fourth part,according to the general idea from the problems to the causes.Firstly,it affirms that rural women play a guiding,exemplary and promoting role in the construction of family culture in the new era.Secondly,it points out the negative aspects of rural women’s role in the construction of family culture.Finally,it analyzes the reasons for the negative effects from three aspects: the study of family culture,the quality of rural women and the relevant security system.The fifth part puts forward measures to enhance the role of rural women in the construction of family culture.Firstly,we should strengthen the theoretical research and practical investment in the construction of family culture.Secondly,we should pay attention to the improvement of rural women’s own status and ability.Finally,we should establish and improve the rural women’s related security system.Therefore,giving full play to the unique role of rural women in the construction of family style is not only conducive to the improvement of women’s family and social status,the promotion of gender equality,but also to the improvement of villagers’ quality,the coordination of family members,the gathering of moral strength,the promotion of the construction of new rural spiritual culture,the laying of a solid spiritual foundation for the promotion of socialist core values,and providing a strong spiritual force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
