A Study On The Countermeasure Of The Left-behind Children’s Education Right Of China

With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, acceleratingurbanization, large numbers of peasants go out to work elsewhere. For variousreasons, the children of peasant workers have to leave their children in rural areas,which lead to the social phenomenon of left-behind children. As left-behind childrenin rural areas and their parents are separated for such a long time, it creates manyproblems, and the educational problems of the children are the most seriousproblems in all, that seriously affect the impartial opportunity of education of theleft-behind children in rural areas. Nowadays, the mechanism of system is stillincomplete, education founding remains insufficient, the guarantee measures areunspecific. The entire society must pay more attention to the problems of left-behindchildren in rural areas.The thesis is divided into four parts. First, it is about the current educationsituation of left-behind children. The second part is from education system, socialpolicy and the family three aspects to analyze the existing education problem ofleft-behind children. The third part is from legal system, family education and rightconsciousness to analyze the reasons caused the left-behind children’s educationproblems. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures for the problems of theleft-behind children’s education.The new ideas of the paper.
