The citizen’s political participation is one of the mostimportant problems in modern political life and is our country an important part forpromoting the building of socialist democracy. With the development of the Internet,the online political participation has become a platform for citizens to express theirviews and also as one of most important which to communicate with the government.At this stage, China’s expanding network of political participation channels forincreased citizen participation, but also cause a lot of social problems. So it isnecessary to guide the orderly political participation of citizens on internet. Orderlypolitical participation mainly means which is legalization, institutionalization andorganization. Orderly political participation requires citizen participation in the courseof carrying out an equal, fair value. Encourage their active participation of citizenspirit at the same time.The social group of migrant workers to participate politics that is in therelatively weak position in the political life. In China’s traditional politicalparticipation, expression of migrant workers is not sufficiently because the traditionallimitations and interest expression channels of political participation. How it isimportant to focus on the issue of that how to expand and improve the level ofpolitical participation of migrant workers. The online political participation gives newmeaning to contemporary political participation. In this paper, migrant workers as theresearch object, while political participation of migrant workers as a research topic forempirical research.The paper compares the migrant workers political participation and politicalparticipation in the Internet at the beginning. The paper based on the point of online political participation will promote the political rights of migrant workers. In thispaper, analysis problems and reasons of the migrant workers which take part in onlinepolitical participation for interdisciplinary theory perspective. At firstly, this paperanalysis of online political participation on the relative advantages of migrant workerspolitical participation from the version of politics. In this paper, secondly, by means ofcommunication theories and administration theories analysis migrant workers how totake part in online political participation and the problems in the process. Thesereasons why do appear to be studied. Finally this paper will draw on foreignexperience in the proposed improvement measures to build political participation ofonline migrant workers ordered.The paper consists of seven chapters. The prolegomena introduces thesignificance of constructing orderly online political system which migrant workerscould efficiently take part in and the domestic and foreign related researches and thetheoretical basis. The first chapter analyzes the limitation of traditional politicalparticipation method and the advantage of online political participation. The secondchapter describes the status of migrant workers who participate in online politicalparticipation from the fields and approaches. The third chapter empirical analyzes thequestions of online political participation of migrant workers.
