| The theoretical study is always with the purpose of resolving practical problems.And the problems in vulnerable groups are ubiquitous in any society. From the point ofsocial harmony and stability, the research value of the problems in vulnerable groups isself-evident. Presently, China is in a golden period of development, and meanwhile, thecontradictions are emerging accordingly. The existence of Vulnerable Groups and theproblems caused by them have become the hidden danger in the course of buildingSocialist harmonious society. In view of this, how to solve the problems of VulnerableGroups and how to fully use the unique role of the ideological and political work is anurgent task that we have to face.The Ideological and Political Work is the political advantage and fine tradition ofour party and it is also the lifeline of economic affairs and other works. The ideologicaland political work has accumulated a lot of valuable theoretical results and practicalexperience and achieved positive results in the long-term theoretical research. But thereasons which cause the Vulnerable Groups are varied. The dual aspect in its behaviorand complexity in its thought made the Ideological and Political Work in this groupmore complicated. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the research achievements bothat home and abroad, and referencing the practical experience from other countries,which combined with the present situation of vulnerable groups in China. This papersummed up the positive and negative characteristics of The Vulnerable Groups. Thepaper also analyzed the cause of the subjective and objective aspect in VulnerableGroups and the groups’ disadvantage influence to social stability, as well as the internaland the external limited factors in ideological and political work, which made this papera comprehensive, multi-angle, multi-level understanding to the vulnerable groups.In order to adapt the needs of work in vulnerable groups at the new era, this paperpresented some new ideas in the principle and the path of the Ideological and PoliticalWork. It suggested that we should advance with the time, create new ideas in thework of vulnerable groups on the basis of carrying on previous working experience tocarry on the previous work experience. Put people first, safeguard the right and interestas well as dignity of vulnerable groups. Increase the persuasiveness of Ideological andPolitical Work with the attitude of seeking truth from facts. This paper thought and explored the working path of the ideological and political work of the vulnerablegroups from five aspects. I believe that updating the concept is the primary task to carryout Ideological and Political Work, improving the method is an effective means toenhance the work, perfecting the mechanism is the foundation of the work, innovatingthe carrier is its inevitable requirement, constructing the work-teams is its guarantee. So,we should actively take measures to put the lifeline of the Ideological and PoliticalWork implemented on the ground. |
