In Transition, Vulnerable Groups In Society And Its Ideological And Political Education

With the constant promotion of reform and opening-up, Chinese societyenters one transformation period progressively. During the process of making the transition in this kind of society, the transition of the system and redistribution of interests make the social stratum present the obvious division , the social vulnerable groups show especially as a colony that can't ignore , arouse great concern from country and the society. In the government work report of the fifth Session of the Ninth National People's Congress, incumbent Zhu Rongji of Premier of the State Council has used "vulnerable groups" for the first time, put emphasis on paying close attention to the vulnerable groups, accelerate setting up complete social security system. The report has announced an objective reality of the social being of our country in transformation period deeply: I.e. the society of our country has more, badly off colonies in need of social extensive aid of a number of people. This paper starts with the definitions of the social vulnerable groups and several characteristics that have in transformation period, it is analyzed that five kinds of the social vulnerable groups of our country basically form the subject. I regard transformation period of society as the great background, have analyzed from three respects of history, reality and vulnerable groups it forms the reason. Because social vulnerable groups of our country to accompany by society make the transition and economy go through transition and produce progressively mainly, this forms the reason and makes their thought state different from traditional vulnerable groups too specially, have particular and complicated characteristics.
