In the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, the question of the intellectuals is always a very important and special issues, research for the intellectuals, is not only the needs of socialist modernization, but also realize the "Chinese dream".After the founding of the Communist Party of China, the intellectual policy has made great achievements, but also brought disastrous consequences, is a complicated evolution: from the land revolution to the beginning of the founding of the Communist Party of China, in different periods of the intellectuals have adopted different policies, these policies change with the main task of the party’s and change. From1949to1956, the party’s intellectual policy is practical, but also greatly encouraged by the construction of the new Chinese intellectual passion, including the "unity, education, reform" policy. But in1957,great changes have taken place in the party’s intellectual policy, the Communist Party of China began to take "special red" policy on the intellectuals, so intellectuals has been greatly persecution.The main reasons are the party’s "left-leaning" thought; that national leaders understanding of intellectuals is too one-sided; that transformation is too single and foreign influence factors. At the same time also has serious influence, mainly to further expand the scope of the bourgeois intellectuals; put forward the "exploiters"the political ideology of the wrong slogan; encourages the inherent contempt and discrimination of intellectuals wind.Analysis of the1956and1957Chinese Communist Party’s intellectual policy can make us have an overall, objective understanding of this period the party’s intellectual, contrast to generate content, from which we now reflect on the party’s intellectual policy problems, and how to improve.Review the evolution process of the party’s intellectual policy of the party, especially focuses on the analysis of1956-1957, the party’s intellectual policy, give us a profound revelation:the party must adhere to the "all flowers bloom together;contention of a hundred schools of thought" policy; adhere to the principle of democratic centralism; should adhere to intellectual property of the working class.
