| With the arrival of the reform and opening up, our country has made great achievements in politics,economy, culture and the comprehensive national strength. But there also exist attendant problems. Forinstance, social structure changes greatly; adjustment of interest pattern is profound,; conflicts betweeneastern and western values become more apparent; all kinds of ideas, interests conflicts are appearingconstantly. In such courses, farmers inevitably become the victims. Chinese government are being testedby lots of problems whether in developed or developing countries, for example, whether the interests offarmers’ appeals are fairly solved, whether rural grassroots’ political power is strong, whether the ruralmasses’ event can get reasonable solution. It is also doubtful whether rural finance is transparent andgrassroots cadres’ quality and official virtue is qualified. Besides, influenced by the Confucian culture andself-education degree, people are having less trust on government. All these problems also reflect howmuch Chinese people trust our government officials and policy. If these problems can be properly solved,China’s rural grassroots political power can develop stably, which plays an important role in Chinesepolitical construction and the strengthening of comprehensive national strength.Based on the above reasons and background, this passage combines both quantitative analysis andqualitative analysis method to analyze the causes of rural political trust weakening. The causes will beillustrated as follows:First, the traditional Confucian culture have an effect on political trust;.
