The Mao Ze-dong’s idea of anti-corruption is an outcome of basic principles on Marxism and Chinese specific reality. It is not only the creative development of Marxism, but also an essential component of the system of Mao Ze-dong Thought.The first generation of the communists led by Mao Zedong pays great attention to the problems of anti-corruption construction all the time and make a long-term exploration.Systematic studying and summarizing Mao Ze-dong thought of combating corruption and building a clean government has theoretical significance and realistic significance for improving the scientific system of Mao Zedong thought, summarizing the Party’s theory of combating corruption and building a clean government, developing combating corruption and building a clean government in depth, enhancing the governance capability of the Party and building a well-off society in an all-round way.The paper discusses about the Mao Ze-dong’s idea of anti-corruption from four aspects.The first part, introduction;The second part, the formation and development of the Mao Ze-dong’s idea of anti-corruption.The third part, the main contents and limitations of the Mao Ze-dong’s idea of anti-corruption.The fourth part, the contemporary values of the Mao Ze-dong’s idea of anti-corruption.Sum up, Mao Ze-dong thought of combating corruption and building a clean government is very important content of construction of oneself from founding of the Party to now, especially from ruling. The new period we should inherit and develop the reasonable content of Mao Ze-dong thought of combating corruption and building a clean government, enhance the construction of the Party’s ruling ability, consolidate the position of the Party’s ruling, heightening the ability of anti-corrosion and refusing change, keep the incorruptibility of the Party and government and ensure the state power permanently and safely.
