Study On Social Management Innovation Under The Perspective Of Constitutional Government

In the current social background that social management innovation as a prevalent theme,although to enhance and promote the innovation in social management legally, actively and steadily is important, but if it’s not comply with the constitution and the law, not to advance on the track of the constitution, the innovation not helpful。So the major challenges we face that is how to realize the harmonious and stable political situation effectively. We need to gaze at the innovation of social management constantly, and to find and solute the problem timely in this process. Through comb to the value about constitutional and the innovation of social management, we can find both of the pursuit of the value and the targets are analogous in many places, and based on this, we will find out the problems and the reasons which are exist in the process of innovation of social management that is controlled by the Constitutionalism under the background and the framework of the Constitutionalism. And these issues could be corrected or improved in the perspective of the Constitutionalism, in order to safeguard social management innovation and comply with the constitution and laws, and ensure these issues is behind the norms of the Constitutional so as to maintain the social stability and development.
