Research On Intangible Cultural Heritage System

In the new era of rapid development of the economy, the global economic and cultural integration, many ancient non-material culture in China is declining. The development of economy leads to cultural values change, the rapid development of science and technology people ethnic cultural consciousness faded, globalization makes the foreign culture has brought great impact to the local culture, and our country has long focused on economic development, neglect the protection of cultural heritage, intangible cultural heritage in danger of disappearing. Intangible cultural heritage of people’s social status have no identity, living level is generally low, inheritor mentality gradually change, intangible cultural heritage status also awkward. Facing the crisis of intangible cultural heritage should arouse our attention, solve people’s intangible cultural heritage is the primary problem to solve the crisis dilemma, the intangible cultural heritage are facing. At present our country also begins to pay attention to the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, but our country is not exist many shortage of material cultural heritage protection system, ignoring the protection of the heritage of the people, heavy surface light substance, ignoring the existence basis of intangible cultural heritage of traditional culture, the lack of public participation and supervision etc.. So, this paper will study the non deficiencies of material cultural heritage protection system in China, and fully study of cultural property protection law in Japan, South Korea’s Cultural Heritage Protection Act, and France Italy Burma Thailand and so on all of the intangible cultural heritage and heritage protection system, draw lessons from the abroad the suggestion for future development, combining with the situation of China Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection system. The intangible cultural heritage and the protection of the heritage of the people should have a choice. Should select in the national census, the outstanding cultural heritage will retain the value of preservation and protection. In the protection of heritage of the people, protect the distinctive representative inheritance people and common inheritance. Specifically, this paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the concept of intangible cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage, as well as the relationship between the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage. The second part mainly introduces the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage:the social background and their living status, the causes of inheritance people life is analyzed.The third part mainly introduces concrete practice of intangible cultural heritage protection work in China at present, including attempts to each area to protect intangible cultural heritage of people’s.The fourth part mainly introduces foreign intangible cultural heritage protection system. Overview of Japan, South Korea, including the practice of Italy and other countries of the protection of intangible cultural heritage.The fifth part mainly proposes the deficiency of China’s intangible cultural heritage protection system, and how to improve China’s intangible cultural heritage protection system put forward some opinions. This part will identify system,heritage system.census registration from the perfect successor, establishing scientific and complete inheritors file, to establish and perfect the inheritor of disqualification system, perfect the supervision system of China’s intangible cultural heritage system put forward specific opinions.
