| In recent years, China’s aging population problem has become moreprominent, the proportion of the elderly population and an increasing numberof effective protection of the rights and interests of older people achieve asense of security, the old medical care worthiness, old school, old and Themusic is both a necessary requirement to achieve basic human rights in Chinais comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society in an importantpart. Veteran experienced the founding of new China, construction, and madeimportant contributions, as the veteran of material life treatment significantlyimproved and the "double high"(high age of onset) increasing, retired cadresin the cultural needs change increasingly urgent.
