Research On The Building Of Inner Party Grassroots Democracy In The New Century

Inner-party democracy is an important part of socialist democratic politics withChinese characteristics, since the new century, the Communist Party of China hasattached great importance to it and believes " inner-party democracy is the life of theparty". How to better promote the development of inner-party democracy has become anurgent problem to be solved, and Inner-party democratic construction at the grass-rootslevel becomes a breakthrough in solving the problem. This requires strengthening theresearch of Inner-party democratic construction at the grass-roots level to better promotethe development of inner-party democracy. So based on the collection of a large numberof relevant research data and according to the Marx’s idea of inner-party democraticconstruction at the basic level, this paper will discuss a series of problems on inner-partydemocratic construction at the grass-roots level of the new century.This paper mainly consists of four parts. The first chapter explains its research review,its research methods and why the topic of inner-party democracy at the grassroots level isselected. It mainly focuses on the definition of inner-party democracy at the grassrootslevel and how to measure its construction effectiveness. According to the understandingand practice of China’s inner-party democracy at the grassroots level, the second chaptertalks about its new progress since the new century. The third chapter mainly illustratesthe important problems of inner-party democratic construction at the basic level as wellas its negative impacts. The fourth chapter analyzes the effective ways to deepen China’sInner-party democratic construction at the grass-roots level in the new period.
