Mainly in the following three aspects:(1) combined withsocial problems at this stage, analyze the function and importance of the legal system ofsocial security benefits, causing national attention;(2) to explore the United States legalsystem of social security benefits, combined with China’s national conditions learningfeasibility experience the advantages of his country, for our country;(3) analysis of thecurrent situation and problems of the legal system of China’s social security benefitslegislation, this thinking, build the framework put forward to improve the legal systemof China’s social security benefits, both with international law system standards, butalso meet the needs of social development in China.In this paper, the legal system of social security benefits for the study, using thecomparison analysis, empirical analysis, literature analysis, data analysis and othermethods.
