Logistics, as China’s10th largest pillar industry, is developing rapidly. Although thisindustry is highly specialized and information-based, the development environment issuperior and the infrastructure is improving constantly, many problems are discovered, suchas lack of Logistics Basic Law, regulatory snafus, low efficiency as well as legal systemhysteresis.By studying the logistics regulatory&legal system of U.S and Japan, we learned thatupdating and adjusting the development planning of the logistics industry constantly,straightening out and well-defining the duties between the regulatory departments, renderingthe industry more space as well as valuing the logistics association are significantlyimportant.Hence, specific approaches are suggested in this thesis to improve the regulatory&legalsystem for logistics industry, including accelerating the process of legislation, coordinatingand unifying the regulatory system, strengthening the legislative regulatory to the industrybody, standardizing the legal supervision, improving the macro-control of the logistics legalsystem, enhancing the legal®ulatory status of logistics association. |
