| The memorial to the throne (as written on paper folded in accordion form), also known as the secret file, is a unique upward official document in Qing Dynasty. Kang Xi began to use the memorial gradually and then Yong Zheng promoted the reform and formation of memorials vigorously, which preserved a lot of precious archives for us today. With the First Historical Archives of China and relevant scholars compiling and publishing the Reign Memorials including Zhupi Archives, the condition on research matures.The traditional studies on Yong Zheng memorials as the typical representative of ancient archives have been firmly established and the research on its contents, classifications, features, running paths and handling institutions has reached the highest level. This thesis aims to look for a new ways to re-interpret Yong Zheng memorials from special archives perspective, that is, official archives perspective which contributes to exploring new ideas of historical archives resources development and utilization by analyzing its types, contents and features.Chapter one mainly includes literature review based on Archive Science and History, research methods and academic and cultural values. Chapter two focuses on the introduction of official archives and then chapter three tries to explore the reasons for the generation and preservation. Finally, based on the above studies, in chapter four, this article attempts to summarize and construct the whole management system.To some degree, this research could contribute to improving the personnel archives management in nowadays and creating the possibility of re-integrating digital historical archives information resources. |
